We’re back again for another round of our Women’s Warrior Self Defense Classes and this time our ladies are diving into the world of Weaponry; but let’s be practical for a moment because when we say “Weapons” – what immediately comes to your mind? Something pointy and sharp? Or maybe something with a little more of a BANG to it… right?

Well while we DO plan to show you some real-world applications with those items, we’d also like to throw you a curve ball with this round of WWSD classes! Which is why we’ll ask you this:

Have you ever thought about a weapon as something that you carry around with you EVERYWHERE?

Something that you might never leave home without? Something that’s a little more PRACTICAL in your everyday life? Because let’s face it… our first thoughts when we associated an item with the word “WEAPON” can’t exactly be taken EVERYWHERE with you… (despite what some may argue) so what about something else? Like a notebook or a water bottle? …or maybe even a BANANA?!

Interested to know? Then join us Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 from 9 AM – 10 AM for a very special Women’s Self Defense Class.

[DISCLAIMER] We’ll give you the heads up now. This class will be led by our school’s Grand Master and Founder of Koryo Do Martial Arts, Dr. Jose I. Delgado, alongside our Certified Tai Chi Instructor and Event Organizer, Mrs. Serpil Ricks. These techniques do WORK and might be a bit graphic – so this is a class specially designed for adult women (*our teens will need to receive signed consent from their legal guardian to enter into this particular class unlike some of our past classes).
